Rock Your Booty Camp Personal Coaching is a private 1:1 program for women who want to feel strong, confident, and consistent again — without feeling overwhelmed. I create your weekly plan for you using proven strength-based exercises with simple equipment — and I support you throughout the week so you actually follow through.

How Does It Work?

coaching + programming + accountability = lasting results

Intake + Personalization

After you join, you’ll complete a short intake survey so I can understand your goals, preferences, schedule, and equipment. This allows me to tailor everything to you. I will schedule a 20 minute onboarding Zoom call for us to meet and finetune your plan

Weekly Training Plan

Every Sunday, you’ll receive your personalized weekly workout plan — created specifically for your lifestyle that week. No guessing. No scrolling for workouts. Just a clear plan to follow.  Workout plan will include form cues, weight/rep recommendations, etc.

Support + Accountability

We’ll stay connected through weekly check-ins (you set the preference - text, email, voice memo), Monday–Friday messaging support, and form video feedback. We will track your progress on a simple, shared Google Form. I help keep you consistent, motivated, and adjusting when life happens.

Small Weekly Focuses

Each week you’ll get one simple habit focus to support your progress (hydration, protein, sleep, etc.) — without overwhelming you. We build confidence through small consistent actions.

Energy + Motivation Boosts

You’ll also receive 2 custom curated playlists every month (Spotify or Apple Music) based on your preferences — so your workouts feel fun, energizing, and personal to you. Also, a small gift mailed to you each month that you fulfill your personal commitment!

Your weekly plan is built around progressive strength training using simple, proven exercises with bodyweight, dumbbells and other equipment you may have at home — designed to get you stronger and more confident without needing fancy gym equipment

Hi, I’m Joanne — the creator of Rock Your Booty Camp and your personal coach.​

I’ve been coaching women in fitness since 2012, and over the years I’ve led countless boot camps, small group programs, and private coaching sessions.

 

What I’ve learned is this: women don’t need more workouts… they need someone to guide them, support them, and keep them consistent.

​

I’m known for being approachable, encouraging, and realistic — and I love helping women re-build confidence, structure, and strength through simple weekly routines that actually fit real life.

 

I live in Evergreen, Colorado now and I’ve loved becoming part of this fitness community — but through this program I’m able to coach women from anywhere! 

 

When I’m not coaching, you can find me hiking with my German Shepherds, exploring the country in my Airstream, reading, or enjoying good food and wine.

My philosophy: I want to help women make fitness feel simple, realistic and doable — not overwhelming.
