Rock Your Booty Camp has been helping women achieve their fitness goals since 2012, when this program first began in Toronto, Canada.  Since then, it's become a 5 star fitness program which is now taking on new roots in Cherokee County, GA!  Rock Your Booty Camp is a fun, friendly, female only, boot camp style fitness program that is designed to build strength and increase overall fitness through a variety of effective exercises. Participants are supported and motivated to push their bodies and minds to achieve their fitness goals.  Different than the gym or other fitness classes, Rock Your Booty Camp provides a personalized touch with smaller class sizes and a sense of camaraderie between participants. Each class is designed differently to keep your workouts fun, interesting and focusing on all of the muscle groups. Rock Your Booty Camp is designed to get you results in as little as 2 classes a week over 4 weeks!

What Rock Your Booty Camp is all about​

Rock Your Booty Camp is largely based on interval training principals. Alternating low and high intensity exercise creates the optimal environment for weight loss and keeps the heart rate high throughout the workout. High intensity intervals boost your metabolism and allows your body to burn fat up to 24 hours after your workout!


I focus on improving muscle tone and firming up your body (and booty!) through body weight strength training. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so the more muscle you have the more calories you burn throughout the day! 


Typical Rock Your Booty Camp classes will include a mixture of: interval training, obstacle courses, sprints, drills, and body weight resistance (ex. lunges, squats, push-ups, crunches), core training, strength training, plyometrics, partner exercises, stretching and flexibility. 


No equipment is required except for a yoga mat, towel and water bottle!

Music is a very important part of a great workout.  We'll be ROCKIN' OUT during class to hip hop, EDM, old school, rock, latin, pop, etc.  There will be occasional Music Theme Nights!

About Me

Hello! My name is Joanne and I am your Boot Camp Instructor!

In addition to a successful career in the health based non-profit sector, I am very passionate about group fitness, and focused on leading a positive lifestyle. I have been a Boot Camp Instructor since 2012, after I had my AHA moment where I realized I was destined to lead my own fitness class. That is when Rock Your Booty Camp was born, based on the premise of fun, friendly, fitness! As a Canadian native, I taught a successful Rock Your Booty Camp program in Toronto until relocating to the USA, and during this time I was inspired by the dozens of wonderful women who transformed their bodies, pushed themselves to new heights, and actually looked forward to coming back after each class! We became a family. Now that I have established roots in Cherokee County, Georgia, the itch is back, IT’S TIME to reboot Rock Your Booty Camp - 2.0!  In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two German Shepherds, or touring the countryside on the back of my husband’s Harley Davidson. I am so excited for what 2018 has to offer, and I hope to see you at one of my camps!

F.A.Q.

Are men allowed to participate?

Rock Your Booty Camp is a women’s only fitness program. However, we encourage you to take home your exercise knowledge and challenge your significant other!

If I'm not physically fit, is this workout for me?

Absolutely! There will be women of varying ages and fitness levels participating in this class. I offer different options/levels based on fitness level, and I guarantee - you will be surprised at what you are able to accomplish that you may not have thought was possible!

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect to achieve weight loss, loss of inches around your stomach, hips and thighs, increased stamina/strength, muscle tone, more energy, and better sleep.  Results will be significantly improved with the addition of a balanced diet!

How soon will I see results?

You can expect to start seeing results after the first few weeks.

What do I need to bring to class?

A large sized water bottle, towel, yoga mat, proper shoes/workout attire.

Is the instructor certified and insured?

Yes, I have a Group Fitness Instructor certification with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and a valid Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Should I tell the Instructor about any medical conditions?

Yes, please let me know so I can make sure I help tailor your experience, and ensure your safety.  Everyone will fill out an Assessment prior to the first class.

What if it rains?

In the event of a storm, or heavy rain, class will be rescheduled. In the event of light to moderate rain class will still take place under the covered pavilion. Stay tuned to your phone for updates when it looks as though we may have inclimate weather.

What if it’s very hot outside?

In the event of a heat advisory, class will be rescheduled. In the event of hot weather, we will ensure proper precautions are taken during class to prevent overheating (lots of breaks, complimentary cooler of ice cold water, change in some exercises)

How can I register and pay?

To register, please contact me directly.  Due to limited availability and a history of spots filling up, 50% of the session fees are due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due at the start of the first class. I will send a payment receipt, Confirmation of Registration and Welcome Letter upon signing up. Payment options are: cash, check, PayPal and venmo.

Is there a wait list?

Yes, in the event of a session filling up, you can be placed on a wait list in the event that someone drops out (costs will be prorated), or can sign-up for the next session.

Do I get a discount if I'm a returning participant?

Yes! You will get $15 off each returning session as a token of appreciation!

How old do I have to be to participate?

Participants must be 18 years of age to enroll.
